Notice of an Informational Hearing and to Provide Written Comments.

The Water and Science Administration is reviewing an application for a State Wetland License and is holding a public hearing for the work listed below. The hearing will be held at 6PM, May 11th, 2026, at Eastport-Annapolis Neck Library, 269 Hillsmere Dr., Annapolis, MD 21403. The application and related information are on file at the Administration and available by contacting Ryan Drabick at 410-694-9401. Arrangements may be made for inspection and copying of file materials. Statements for or against this project may be presented orally at the hearing or in writing to the Maryland Department of the Environment, 1800 Washington Blvd, Baltimore, MD, 21230, Attn: Mel Throckmorton. Written comments must be received by the Department on or before Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
